Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bay-Technologies 5739-10 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bayside products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bbc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Beijer-Electronics-Ab product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bayside such as the David spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 70FV01AE manufactured by Bbc and we are pleased to be able to service most Bbc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E20002800F by Manufacturer Beijer-Electronics-Ab as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Beckhoff Brand AX2516B200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Beijer-Electronics such as 4430 equipment made by Beijer-Electronics have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 92401029754 by Bei-Motion and 4430 spares by Beijer-Electronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
